Not sure about this movie though. There's so much film and video footage available from althrough his career (which all is a must see of the highest order), this movie seems kindof pointless almost.

Not only did the missus find me a copy of Nico Gomez, she bought me to Serge's grave...
I heard they are opening his house for viewing soon, apparently with cigarette butts and ashtray intact the way it was…
And the stuff Frank is talking about (at least the 2-DVD set I've seen) is nuts....

There was this VHS set of maybe 6-8 tapes that came out in the 90s. I'm sure this is available on DVD nowadays. Well worth tracking down. I can't imagine anybody not falling in love with this guy. Dude was so much more than a musical genius. He loved to piss people off but that's hardly a character flaw as far as I'm concerned.
The Melody Nelson movie or album video clip or whatever it should be called is one of the biggest audiovisual facemelters of all time.
