yes, that is an awfully different situation over there where you live. i know you don't know much about me, but, even considering that, you seriously can't imagine a situation where i would complain about $300 rent? just because i have access to the internet doesn't mean i have the money to pay...

theres 2 dudes here already, one is moving out and im supposed to take his spot on the lease, but ive yet to sign anything. i suppose the $840 is on the lease and therefore pretty much non-negotiable, so more or less id just be Frickin' over the dudes on the lease.
