    seems like cases could be made for Zebrahead Just Another Girl on the I.R.T. and if we're opening it up to foreign responses to American hood films, French titles like La Haine/Hate and the lesser-known Bye Bye should be up there.

    Hobo With A Shotgun

    I liked this a lot more than I thought I would. It's not just an exercise in 70s grindhouse film, to my surprise it successfully mixes in a lot of elements of early 80s psychotronic, punk-exploitation, and cult cinema. Rubber was alright by me, too.

    the greatest run of albums...

    Pharoah Sanders' Impulse catalog is up there for me, 10 (I believe) albums varying from strong to mind-blowing. The Kinks' run of Face to Face, Something Else, Village Green, and Arthur is also a favorite, if not numerically as impressive.
