You can put in an email addy if you want an email telling you the info or if your sending a file to someone.

But really you don't have to.

Just look at #2 and press "Browse" then find the file you wanna host on your hard drive and select it and wait for the file to upload (Which depends on your upload rate) and after it's done it will give you a link you can post here for people to grab the file. I think the link last 7 days or 25 downloads (Or something like that).
