Some really great shit on here, but some Starbucksian moves I can't abide

I will play this a fair bit. There's some powerful shit on here. Fancy, to be sure. But "Bodies" produced by Salaam Remi is lights out.

Following Gipp on twitter, it appears he's along for the ride - as long as that's the case, I can't hate.

You know you're disconnected when you let the deceased Ronald Reagan dictate your taste in music.

Paycheck is pretty much on point. The copy i got has a tune called satisfied which is pretty much a starbuck/idol track.

I like the mixtape heaps better.

he's playing some show with nas and supposedly kanye for some heineken sponsored event.

today, sat 13th at the south street seaport. pier 36 and 3PM.

Only had one listen through and liked the two tracks which sound like throwbacks to 90's trip hop (think it was Bodies and one later in the album). The Philip Bailey track is a fun listen as well. The rest of it to me sounded like extremely well produced throwaway pop that I just couldn't force myself to like. Seemed soulless.
