how to stream MP3s over the internet??

I'm a PC guy so don't really know specifically. Found this on the interweb: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/tutorials/delivery.html I'm not sure what app you'd use to get it there, but Shoutcast is still a good solution. The other solution would be to pay for a web host that allows for live...

    Turntablelab problems? (transit strike related)

I got my quantumview notice on the 19th and my records came yesterday - free bump up to 2nd day air too! Though UPS did screw up and take an extra day - "rescheduled" delivery. Turntablelab actually did something nice for a change. None of my records were even warped this time.

    Dusty Groove dustoff (crappy-record related)

Bootsy's Rubber Band -- This Boot Is Made For Fonk-N . . . LP . . . $6.99 (Item: 3173) Warner, 1979 Condition: Very Good+ View Cart Not as all-out incredible as some of Bootsy's other work -- and it feels a bit like the band is going through the motions, on kind of a P-Funk treadmill -- but...

    Ebay Etiquette

I worked at a store that dealt with a few problems like this -- well packed, uninsured media mail packages breaking in the mail. Out store manager always chose the refund route instead of the S.O.L. route in the intrest of feedback. Its more like a bribe to get good feedback in a way, becuase...

HARD TIMES: BABY HUEY VS CURTIS VERSION

I gotta say the Curtis version is one of my absolute all time joints. As a club record, the Baby Huey definately holds its own much better. And as a sampled joint and etc etc etc. But for pure listenability, I'm Curtis all the way. I love the later slept on Curtis Records (No Place Like...

    What’s Up with Dusty Groove

Turntable Lab definately don't take warped records back. They send you a nice note telling you to try unwarping it by bending it away from the warp. With the amount they charge for shipping, AND with only stocking new records, it sure would be nice of them to take returns. Oh well... -Josh...

    Surprise finds...

On the gatefold inside of James Brown's "Payback", someone wrote "nigger" in black pen... Inside the same record was a colorful birthday card with a clown on it. I've spent a lot of time trying to figure out who had this thing... Unrelated, today at work someone dropped off a box of LPs, and...
