The ADC Band (formerly known as Black Nasty) had some really good P-Funk knockoffs on Cotillion. I love how the lead vocalist starts singing "mary, don't you take me on no bad trip" during the fadeout of "Long Stroke" (a nod towards fellow Detroit funkster Fugi).
