Identify this song?

Sup yall, Ive loved this song ever since I first heard it on the 'Shrooms on Vinyl' mixtape. No info whatsoever, and the guy who made it never told me who or what it was. Some deep psychedelish stuff, sounds no later than 1971, maybe low budget label no later than 72'.
If anybody can tell me who or what it is I will be immensely grateful! Please Please Please and thank you, i just need to know.

And for the hell of it, here's another one from the same mixtape. I think her voice is absolutely heavenly. Again, I couldn't find any info on the song..searched lyrics etc.
