Sly Stone/Sylvester Stewart ~~> RIOT

Was just listening to Riot... again the other night (top 5 album for me BTW) and noticed that the album is credited as "written, arranged and produced by Sly Stone and Sylvester Stewart". I'd never noticed this before, on this or other albums by them... anyone business-related reason for why this would happen, or is this just Sly being an enigma?

Also, anyone read the 33 1/3 about Riot...? Didn't realize there was one... will probably pick it up.

This book is really good on Sly Stone as well. Is based upon tons of interviews and gives a topic and then short quotes by people on it. This is where I learned "If You Want Me To Stay" was Stone's FU to his wife who always complained about him not being home.
