im going out to a wedding in istanbul in a couple weeks....
any soulstrut recommendations?
besides checking out direngezi park and getting tear gassed, i wouldnt mind passing by

flea markets,boutique record stores, bazaars, ridiculously dope local food experiences (no 5 star dining), absolutely must see shit, etc

is turkey a decent place to get a tailored suit?

i'll be staying with my good friend, the husband to be, but i hold strut-experience in the highest regard.
any input?

So I'm sitting in an eating spot, well appointed and very clean, it's lunchtime, I fancy some kind of light pie action for lunch. It's murderously hot, but I got the shady canopy going on and so the eye alights on the chilled cabinet.


Hmm, some apple pie stuff, some sickly looking gateau. Oh wait, that looks perfect. Fig pie, some currants in there, cinnamon.


Dude says, sir I don't recommend you drink anything for about four hours after eating that.


Meh.


It was delicious,


Few hours later, it's so goddamn hot and I take a couple of swigs of Evian.


No word of a lie, I'm on the pan every hour for two straight days, shitting through the eye of a needle on some poopy brown diuretic version of the John Hurt/Alien scene, or some obscure Japanese porn mag editor's wet dream.





Never again.
