I'm sure it was amazing playing with Lebron and not getting his touches and reading "Cavs are actually better w.o love to limit Lebron's touches" all post-season
MVP tho
Love would have opted out regardless of the outcome of the post season, regardless of his injury, regardless of the chemistry with the team. He'll probably end up staying with the Cav's anyways; but he'll make $18+ million instead of $16+ million next year. Business, man...
The only way he'll leave is if a team is stupid enough to give him a deal he can't refuse...I say 'stupid' because until he proves his ability (post shoulder injury/surgery) he's kind of a wild card. Not to mention that injury happened as a result of a foul that happens multiple times to big men in the post season....might be too fragile to throw a ton of money at, until proven otherwise.
EDIT: and I totally disagree with anyone who thinks the Cav's are 'better' without Love. Once he/Lebron/the team found their groove, it was undeniable that they all had potential together.
