Best movie soundtrack of the 2000s?

Wassup Rockers

(a taste, scene from the movie)

Broken Flowers

Jarmusch always comes correct with the soundtracks

Head-On

Turkish folk and ballads, Sisters of Mercy and Wendy Rene - cmon now!

Shottas

I really dug Air's score for:

And David Holmes' score for:

One that comes to mind is Lost in Translation, but maybe it has to do with fact I'm an old Shoegaze-fan...

Comp wise both the City Of God and Broken Flowers soundtracks have to be heavy contenders.

Original orchestral composition wise I can't think of many off the top of my head that are better than Max Richter's soundtrack to Waltz With Bashir though it helps that the visuals are crafted to maximise the effect of the music.

kind of cheating, but nothing beats the Black Dynamite soundtrack.
