I have found a ridiculously large and high quality stash of unreleased hip hop material in a variety of formats[2inch 24 track, cassette dat etc]with and without vocals from the bx from 1988-1994.

it's all sample based golden era greatness never ever heard before.
Think paul c ,large pro,pete rock boom bap type ish.

I have found the owner and have his blessings to try and get this stuff out into the world.

I really hesitate to go thru the front door of stones throw a&r demo submission like the other 1,000,001 quasimoto/otis wannabes.

also feel free to suggest other labels to approach with this gear
sorry I cannot post samples of it.........yet ,nor can I let the cat outta da bag as to who it is...... but soon!

Maybe try 'Diggers With Gratitude' or 'Slice Of Spice'? They are both small labels who put out exactly the type of genre/era your dealing with here.

I just ask because anybody handling this will want to see original contracts and contact the artist(s) as well.

I would second slice of spice, diggers with gratitude, dope folks records. They specialize in this type of thing and have a good connection with their niche audience already due to the amount of re-releases of exactly this type of stuff they've done before.
