Hypnotic Brass Ensemble

It took me awhile to get into the song but I really dig it. Circular horn arrangements that gradually change over the course of the song.

I agree with Day that bringing these guys together with some beatmakers would really seal the deal.

live last weekend in my town:

Just did a show with these guys a couple weeks ago. Kicked it and drank Hennesy with the fam backstage. The entire group minus 2 is all blood brothers. Really dope cats. Amazing music. And their pops is NO JOKE.

He played with Sun Ra's Arkestra and started Earth Wind & Fire. Makes the picture a lil clearer doesn't it?

That shit gave me goosebumps.
I'm just glad these dudes EXIST. Yahm?

Bam, thanks for the PM. Now I'm on the hunt for the Japan only raer...

I heart their sound, and hard work. They sound fresh, and have so many years left to mature at what they are doing. I've been digesting that 10/29/07 Highline Ballroom show in NYC. "War" and "Mars" is what we need more in music right now! These guys can only get better with age. Please, somebody in NYC buy those CD-R's for us non-NYers, or give them this website.

holy shits I love this!!!

DAMN DAY I HAD A BITCH OF A DAY, THIS BAND MAKES ME SMILE.

I <3(uzi) soulstrut

Anybody got the hookup for those CD-Rs, or know a good way to have them mailed to europe? I can't mess w/ Amazon/iTunes Mp3 downloads

RAW

I got the empeethreees of their first CD-R Album which I think is the green one featuring the baliky bone track and also of the NY Live gig CD-R.

I heart this music so much that I would prefer to donate cash or something instead of just uploading the mp3s to some webspace and have everyone and their moms download this great music without support this artists. Suggestions?

Btw if you're in NY and see these guys now and then or perhaps even know somebody whos linked with them, please buy me the real CD-Rs and ill pay for em, the shipping and some extra for your time, since I really feel this band needs more support.

if you cant resist and will die unless you have these mp3s I guess a PM would do the job
