Just a quick dip into a local spot on lunch, but I grabbed a couple of joints, and walked away satisfied. Favorite cop o' the day:
NICE clean OG deep groove copy for pretty cheap, and it is an amazing slice of post-bop genius...can't go wrong with help from D. Byrd, Blue Mitchell, Philly Joe, etal. I'm just psyched cause I haven't grabbed an LP like this in a minute, no breaks, no fuzz...just pure jazz heat.
Dope 1968 country/folk/rock LP that features some heavyweight guest players, including Gram Parsons on a cover of "That's How Strong My Love Is!" Yaw!
Got the French LP pressing of this (image is a CD), Stooges 1973 rehearsals titled, "My Girl Hates My Heroin." Some are pretty rough, but a few just shred like nothing else out there, Stooges style. A nice find, and definitely
