Sweet - Meclzop 2 kopp'd. Lovely ghost-of-rave vibes.

Excellent, I thought that one may be up your street.

That Om Unit is a nice slice of Jungle. I think I may be ready to start embracing the genre again.

^^^Not the strongest cut on the album, but what can you do. Forget it, Jake--it's the internet.^^^

And no YouTube, but I'm with the last couple of things Ron Trent put out--the Romantic Flight thing and the RT Factor thing. They both have enough "sentimental piano" type moves that I'm not sure I'd recommend them to anyone else--particularly the young--but man, both have that wise, warm sound that points like a golden arrow out of this shit, shit season. (Especially bottom third of the Romantic Flight dub, with a soaked organ sound straight out of "When She Made Me Promise." Heaven.)

Not that new, but new to me. Would love to play along with live drums. Love the tension/release in the chords. One of them with space to "Flop" the turnarounds like when you are swimming lengths.

And so to turn to the Will Rodriguez Big Book of Chords (start at 1:30):

I'm lukewarm on a lot of the Hieroglyphic Being stuff I've heard, but the focus, depth, and malignancy of this is hitting me just right. It's like Spy Vs. Spy with Larry Heard and Alec Empire. Chicago death-ride through the Valley Of The Kings. I can't wait to hear this on a shitty system.
