Over 1000 songs for Your Listening Pleasure

I recently passed 1000 songs posted on http://funksoul.tumblr.com/ all but 19 of which are from my personal vinyl collection. On the one hand, I want to listen to everything you've put up and I know there will be an amazing amount of new discoveries, but on the other hand, there's going to be some expensive additions to the Wants list and so much listening to do.

Thanks, I know the feeling of listening to some one else's mix and ending up with a whole gang of new "must haves" on my wantlist. It can be frustrating for vinyl junkies...but hopefully you will find some new (old) joints that you love. I have been thinking of doing a mix for Soulstrut, just lazy I guess.

Yeah, I meant to mention this 3rd party app that takes all the songs off any tumblr blog and allows you to stream them. It doesn't always work great, but when it does, it's really cool.

crazy how much time and energy goes into archiving the music, especially if you want to do it well. You an inspiration: I stopped a while back and need to get back at it. Great collection: bookmarked.
