I guess you could use curacao, probably end up more tangy and the color will be darker but that's cool. As for ratios just go by shots, two shots of bicardi limon, one shot of seagrams dry gin, one shot of tanqueray, one blue fruit punch kool aid jammer and a handful of ice. You don't really need two types of gin, it's just extra fancy for no reason so you can just use seagrams. If you can't find a kool aid jammer then a grape juicy juice will work. it will taste the way it's suppose to but it won't be that crazy glowing blue that it should be.
