Doud we'll be here all night if we get into the sellout jazz funk stage of things. They were all punned out with some album like Purdie's "PURDIE GOOD" (yuk yuk...
), Melvin sparks - "sparks plug" (slaps head), and last poets "at last" (ugghh).

I mean, didn't these guys have friends and family to stop them from giving this kind of titles to their records?

He's not a sellout jazz guy, but power-popper Greg Kihn had a whole grip of LP titles that punned on his name (Kihntinued, Next Of Kihn, Citizen Kihn, and probably others).
I think Jorge meant artists who used their name as a silly pun (like that Sam Most guy doing an album called Mostly Flute).Song, Album....everythang

they're not the doing of the artist but those strictly breaks comps have the worst names. Petes Treats and Tribe Vibes?terrible
