Does anyone know if the original Rhyze to the Top album on 20th century fox has a barcode on the back of the cover?

There is an identical reissue; the only originals were cut outs because in a big tax scam the group's drummer burned truckloads of that record and dumped the ashes into the east river. So if it has a cut corner, it's original.

If it has a barcode, it's probably the recent Latvian issue.
