Sure this topic has come up before on the Strut, but a personal favourite was Jef Gilson & Hal Singer Soul Of Africa for free from a charity shop after I sorted the wheat from the chaff for them.

When I went to the register the cashier said, "I'm not sure how much these go for, how about .79 cents." With tax it was .86 cents. Best dollarbin find so far.

Not "dollar" finds but the closest to it would be The Cult's "The Mail Must Go Through" (a Strutter at a meetup back in the day commented, "he's singing about delivering mail?!?", which made me laugh) or Médico Doktor Vibes (at a furniture store, of all places). And thanks to the bartender in Idaho who sold me "Root Down" for two bucks!
