When the sound files of this unreleased movie score hit the web in the early 2000s there was a mad scramble by collectors to find out if an official release existed.  It turns out, no.  Before composing film msuic for the Back to the Future trilogy, Alan Silvestri got this start at just 21, composing the score for the low-budget action film The Doberman Gang. In true 70s fashion, Silvestri composed some head nodding action funk bits to get the hip hop producers and funk collectors in a frenzy.  Here is a clip of some of the better moments.
