Second and final release from 60s psychedelic band ARS Nova.  At this point they had broken up and reformed with a different lineup.  The sound is more jazz rock than classical rock as displayed on their debut produced by Doors’ captain Paul Rothchild.  Sunshine & Shadows features the psych rock ballad "Please Don't Go Now" which was a go to staple for Diminishing Returns / AEIOU type psych rock mixes.  It's an incredible tune that starts with a head nodding mid-tempo beat! You can feel the pain in dude's voice. Worth the $10 price tag medium raer psych records go for.
