Cult classic dub effort by British reggae legend Dennis Bovell.  He released a couple of quality dub reggae efforts in the late 70s / early 80s under the moniker Blackbeard before returning to his government name.  1980's I Wah Dub has enjoyed repeated dub recommendation threads here on the Strut.  Tracks like "Jazzz" and "Reflections" have a futuristic vibe for the time while retaining the key elements of heavy bass and psychedelic sound effects that you know and love from the genre.  Fun Fact: Bovell would go onto produce the hipster beloved group The Slits.
