I've only met Aaron a handful of times, but as others have noted more eloquently than I, he's a solid guy who doesn't let the fact that he knows more than others prevent him from being a genuine, kind and cool individual. Beat this, Aaron. We are all pulling for you.

Is it Break-Self or Breaks-Elf? Break-self invokes self-imposed mental toughness while Breaks-elf is like a mythical creature that grants people with raer.

I think Quicktime is probably trying to play it in a window - if so its a direct download, right-click on the link and choose "save as..."
