Hey!

Just wanted to get some advice on domain buying. Good sites, .x options, etc.

Thanks in advance.

Icdsoft was recomended to me about 7 years ago by A.M. Overtone (Audio8, Serengeti fame)

I pay about $60 a year for hosting, and most times only $5 to register new domain names.

Great for me because I sometimes randomly register domain names when i think of "good" ones

and you can park up to 5 of them.

I have never had problems with them. Tech support is stupid fast.

the back end of the site is fairly easy to use too. If you have a basic knowledge of HTML its as easy as just uploading a file.

I used a custom wordpress style template, and it was pretty painless to get up and running.

Thanks for the tips. I was thinking of doing the same with a Wordpress or Weebly template.

^^^ truth, :knowledge:

they will overcharge and rip you off, steal your domain if you're late on renewal and it has any value, and push the earnings they get from you to supporting SOPA and scantily clad Danica Patrick ads.. seriously shady company.

Namecheap is great.
