My parents were/are big Jacques Brel fans so I was lucky enough to have heard him around the house as a kid. Great stuff!

i'm not very familiar with the rest of Brel's work and i usually don't listen to
a lot of chansons but this one gets me every time..

my french is ok but i still had to read up the lyrics to fully understand the poem..
