Grading: off centerd

Just bought a single 45 on discogs from spain. One side was off-centered but seller didn't mention in grading description. Who in your opinion has to pay for the return shipping?

looked up in all the different grading sides - acronyms for this and that but not for "off centered" - strange!

Typically it is the buyers responsibility to pay return shipping.


A good seller who feels bad about the mistake may choose to refund return shipping.
