Thank you. I didn't notice this on my phone's screen.

Oh man, they need to have interactive computers that people can view the og thread at Mingering's Smithsonian exhibit.
finally got around to reading the original thread. Looks like those were some heady days!
congrats on what seems like the perfect outcome to an amazing story.
this is a lot like the story of Vivian Maier, where someone bought her photos from a storage unit without knowing what they were, and it turned out to be an incredible body of work of Chicago street photography:
