    Too Tuff (Tuff Crew)
    D-Styles
DJ Alladin (he was ripped off at the DMC)

OK, not all of these are proper 'scratch' DJs, but just my favorite DJs who scratch

ISP (Qbert, Mixmaster Mike, Disk, Flare, Dstyles, Shortkut)
Rob Swift
Premier
DJ Cheese
tied: Cut Chemist & Shadow

All the DJ's above are dope no doubt. But I'd like to see a battle between

Mr. Mixx VS DJ Magic Mike

and the winner can battle DJ Mann from MC A.D.E.

Alladin is the shit. Definitely the guy I'd most like to be able to scratch like. I also gotta give it up to Tat Money and DJ Scratch.

Old School

1. CA$H MONEY
2. Jazzy Jeff
3. Miz
4. Aladdin
5. Joe Cooley

New School

1. ISP
2. X-ecutioners (X-men)
3. Beat Junkies
4. Spinbad
5. Noize

largest influences on me personally:

mr dibbs
d-styles
rob swift
q-bert
mixmaster mike

not saying they're the best - these days i'd have to include people like excess, toadstyle, mike boo, ricci rucker, woody etc. but without those 5, i wouldn't make the shit i do make

- i bite each and every one of em

tune wise, DJ EQ used to lay it down HARD. props to bomb hip-hop - the return of the dj comps were ill on that front. it was the first place i'd really heard DJ tracks outside of on albums with emcees on em, so to get a whole lp? dayum. i hadn't heard of z-trip or radar before then and i'd never heard proper tracks by spinbad and js-one.

"press rewind if i haven't blown ya mind"

I gotta give it up for my man Dj Bonez. He's an aussie dj who regularly does stuff I've never seen before. Crazy business, although he's not a huge "name".

lets not forget we all were jockin jazzy jeff in 86.
not to mention cash moneys incredible cuts in 87 on ugly people be quiet. "turntables t t ta turntables, then the uhhh and the richard pryor cut. 20 YEARS AGO people !!!!

i truly believe some of the best well rounded djs ever came from philly.
