Criminally underrated and slept on classic. Somehow KMD got lost in the shuffle and they didn't enjoy the same commercial sucess as their peers De La Soul and a Tribe Called Quest. However this album is a landmark in hip hop production. Every beat on here is bananas. The production is raw, full of crisp SP1200 programming and obscure jazz samples. Also includes a series of cleverly constructed skits. A hip hop masterpiece.
