Hand picked records important to the history of Soul Strut.
Al Hirt's discography can be found in any thrift store across America at any given Sunday. You can't give his records away, except this one which raises pulses in the crate digging community for having the heavily sampled cut "Harlem Hendóo" (De La's "Ego Trippin'" comes to mind). The rest of the album is the cheesy 60s easy listening jazz we've come to know from Big Al. But I dare you to have a competition with yourself and look for this out in the field. It took me years.
